Consisting of 80 offices and 13 shops in a single block, the project consists of a total of 16 floors, 5 underground and normally 11 floors. Each floor was designed as 760 square meters.

The first two floors where the shops are located are 1000 square meters. The Fera Business project has an area of 18.000 m2, of which 8 thousand square meters are offices and 2 thousand 500 square meters are shops.
